The SZM Transmission Overflow Kit is a critical performance upgrade designed to solve the two primary hydraulic failures of the Nissan GT-R R35 GR6 transmission: Oil Pump Starvation and Thermal Fluid Expansion. By allowing the transmission to be safely overfilled with fluid, this kit ensures the internal oil pump never "sucks air" during high-G launches or sustained lateral acceleration, preventing a sudden drop in clutch line pressure that leads to missed shifts and burnt friction plates.
