Subzero Motorsports: Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST are typically processed the same day.
Domestic Delivery (UAE): We deliver across all Emirates. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your parts:
Standard Local Delivery: Ranges between AED 30 – AED 70 (calculated at checkout).
Delivery Timeline: 1–3 business days.
International Shipping (Worldwide): Subzero Motorsports proudly supports the global GTR community. Due to the specialized nature, weight, and value of GTR components (engine blocks, gearboxes, carbon body panels), international shipping is handled via custom quotations to ensure the most secure and cost-effective rates. Our team will provide a comprehensive quote including freight, handling, and estimated delivery times within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For all international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local authorities.
Tracking & Inspection: All shipments include a tracking number. Please inspect your parts immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photographs.
