Since 2016, leadership has been driven by his son, Mohammad Rashid Matar Al Jabri, who has taken the company forward with a stronger focus on global expansion, high-performance engineering, advanced CNC operations, international parts supply, and modern motorsport business development.

Under his leadership, Subzero Motorsports has grown beyond a performance workshop into a complete motorsport engineering corporation serving customers across the UAE and international markets.
