SZM TRANSMISSION BRACE KIT & BILLET REAR DIFFERENTIAL COVER

The SZM Reinforcement System is a dual-component structural upgrade for the Nissan GT-R R35. By combining a high-tensile rear transmission brace with a CNC-machined Billet Rear Differential Cover, this kit eliminates "case-twist." This ensures that the internal gears, shafts, and bearings remain in perfect alignment even when subjected to the extreme torque loads of 2,000 HP+ builds.

• Rear Differential Cover: CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. Unlike the thin OEM cast cover, the SZM Billet version adds significant webbing and thickness to prevent the front differential from "walking" under load.

• Transmission Brace Material: Manufactured from 7075-T6 Aircraft-Grade Aluminum. This alloy offers superior fatigue resistance and tensile strength compared to standard 6061, managing high-frequency drivetrain harmonics.

• Structural Integration: The brace ties the transmission housing directly to the rear subframe using Grade 12.9 High-Tensile Steel Bolts, effectively redistributing launch energy into the chassis rather than the transmission case.
