The GR6 transmission often suffers from clutch slip and erratic engagement when torque exceeds factory limits. This is caused by friction material degradation and insufficient heat dissipation. The Dodson DMS-3844 is engineered to solve this bottleneck with a high-precision 1.35mm thickness, allowing for optimized stack heights in custom builds. This addresses the mechanical problem of "glazing" by providing a validated increase in thermal capacity, ensuring consistent torque transfer for 1,000+ HP applications.
