Engineered for high-horsepower GT-R R35 applications, the Subzero Motorsport Billet Front Differential eliminates the structural weaknesses of the factory differential assembly and pinion support system. Designed for drag racing, roll racing, half-mile competition, and extreme-performance street builds, it provides the strength and reliability required for modern high-power GT-Rs.

At 1,000+ HP, the OEM cast differential housing and factory pinion support become critical failure points. Under hard launches and repeated high-torque loading, housing flex and pinion deflection can occur, leading to improper gear mesh, accelerated wear, damaged bearings, broken ring and pinion gears, or complete drivetrain failure.

CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T7 billet aluminum, the Subzero Motorsport Billet Front Differential delivers exceptional rigidity throughout the entire assembly. The reinforced housing, billet side bearing support, billet end cover, and heavy-duty pinion support work together to maintain precise ring and pinion alignment under load, significantly reducing housing distortion and pinion movement while improving gear stability and durability.

The included HD Ring and Pinion is engineered to withstand substantially higher torque loads than the factory gearset, making it suitable for aggressive launches, high-speed racing, and extreme horsepower applications where drivetrain reliability is critical.
