When plumbing extreme-volume mechanical fuel pumps like the Waterman Lil Bertha or Mini Bertha in alcohol, methanol, or nitro applications, fluid restriction on the suction side is the primary cause of pump cavitation and gear destruction.

While the WRC-29015 uses an AN-16 flare connection, the Waterman Racing WRC-29007 Inlet Adapter features a massive 1.50" (1-1/2") Slip-On Hose Barb. This configuration allows builders to run ultra-large 1.5-inch inner diameter flexible supply hose directly from the fuel tank or cell sump straight to the pump face.
