Subzero Motorsports: Master Returns & Refunds Policy

To qualify for a return or refund at Subzero Motorsports, products must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories completely intact. Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, we strictly refuse returns on any items that have been opened, uninstalled, tested, fueled, or tampered with in any way. Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon delivery, incorrect (wrong item supplied), or was damaged during shipping.

Return Request Timeline: All return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery; requests submitted after this period will be automatically declined.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an item has entered the processing or dispatch stage, cancellation is no longer permitted.

Refund Terms: In accordance with UAE financial regulations, approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original mode of payment. Please note that shipping, handling, customs duties, clearance fees, and transaction charges are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after a mandatory inspection and approval process, typically within 7 working days, subject to your payment provider's timeline.
