SZM FUEL SYSTEM E5LM HANGER KIT WITH INJECTOR DYNAMICS FPS1100 CONTROLLER AND PUMP

This kit is a complete drop-in replacement for the OEM R35 fuel pump assembly. It utilizes the TI Automotive E5LM Brushless Pump—a screw-style mechanism that eliminates the friction, heat, and wear associated with traditional brushed pumps. When controlled by the Injector Dynamics BPC100 (part of the FPS1100 system), this single pump can outperform triple-brushed pump setups while drawing significantly less current and adding virtually zero heat to the fuel.

Performance Data:

• Voltage Independence: The BPC100 Controller features an internal power supply that maintains a target flow rate regardless of battery voltage. Whether your alternator is at 14.4V or your battery drops to 10V at the end of a run, the pump still delivers a consistent 1,100 LPH.

• Pressure Compensation: Conventional pumps lose significant flow as fuel pressure (boost) increases. The E5LM maintains its 1,100 LPH flow rate at pressures up to 150 PSI, making it nearly immune to "boost-reference" flow drop.

• SZM Hanger Engineering: CNC-machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, our hanger retains the critical factory "saddle-tank" transfer functions (venturi pumps) to ensure you can run the tank down to near-empty without starvation.

• Fuel Compatibility: 100% compatible with Gasoline, Ethanol (E85/E100), and Methanol. All internal wiring is PTFE-insulated to prevent chemical degradation.
