The SZM Cowl Splash Shield is engineered to replace brittle or warped factory units that have failed due to extreme engine bay heat-soak. A degraded shield allows high-velocity water ingress to bypass the plenum drains, which is the primary cause of cabin filter saturation and subsequent blower motor failure.

Constructed from a validated high-density polymer composite, this shield solves the common "cowl-lift" issue experienced at speeds exceeding 250 km/h. The high-precision mold ensures a vacuum-tight seal against the windshield base, protecting the wiper linkage and sensitive ECU sensors located within the plenum from moisture-induced oxidation and particulate accumulation.
