VALVE BODY AND TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP HIGH‑PERFORMANCE SERVICE KIT

This master kit is engineered to resolve the most common electronic and mechanical failure points within the Nissan GT-R R35 GR6 Transmission. By replacing the high-duty cycle DS1, DS2, and DS3 solenoids and upgrading the oil pump's internal structural integrity with Dodson hardware, this service kit restores factory-perfect shift logic and stabilizes line pressure—essential for both stock and 1,000 HP+ builds.

• Solenoid Trio (DS1, DS2, DS3):

  • DS1: Regulates main line pressure.

  • DS2 & DS3: Precisely manage clutch engagement for the A and B clutch packs. Replacing these eliminates "clutch drag" and erratic shifting.

• Dodson DMS-7178 Valve Body Rebuild: Replaces the restrictive OEM plastic filters with 9x Line Filters and 2x Mesh Square Filters. This significantly improves fluid flow and protects the solenoids from microscopic clutch debris.

• Dodson DMS-7161 & 7160 Pump Suite:

  • DMS-7161 Upgrade: Provides a thicker, reinforced oil pump plate and gasket to prevent the "pump plate flex" that causes pressure loss at high RPM.

  • DMS-7160 Repair: Includes a new hardened shaft and shim to address the common "pump rattle" and shaft wear issues found in CBA and early DBA models.

• Pressure Sensors (x3): New high-accuracy sensors provide the TCM with a "Clean Signal" of actual line and clutch pressures, eliminating phantom "Pressure Sensor A/B" fault codes.
