SZM BLOCK PLUG NISSAN GTR R35

Standard cast-aluminum VR38DETT blocks suffer from "cylinder walk" and main-webbing cracks when pushed beyond $1,500$ HP. This mechanical bottleneck is caused by the porosity and lower tensile strength inherent in factory casting. The SZM Billet Block is engineered to solve this by CNC-machining the entire crankcase from a solid slab of aerospace-grade 6061 T6 aluminum. This addresses the problem of structural deflection, providing a validated foundation capable of supporting 3,000+ HP in extreme drag racing and high-output street applications.
