Subzero Motorsport was built on a single conviction: that the Nissan GT-R R35 deserves specialists, not generalists. Over years of racing at Yas drag events, the Sweihan Mile, and across the Gulf's most demanding stages, we accumulated something no catalog can supply: institutional knowledge of this platform at its absolute limit.

Today, that knowledge is organized into four integrated departments: a performance parts shop and ecommerce platform, a precision CNC machine shop, a professional dyno and tuning suite, and a full-service racing workshop. Each department reinforces the others. The result is a facility where a customer can walk in with a stock GT-R and walk out with a race-proven machine, built, machined, tuned, and tested under one roof.

We are headquartered in Dubai in a 20,000 sq ft modern facility, staffed by over 60 trained professionals who have been core to every record we've set. This is not a workshop that watches motorsport. This is a workshop that shapes it.

This is where engines are built. The Subzero workshop is staffed by over 10 trained specialists whose work produced the first GT-R R35 to cover the half-mile in the Middle East. That car did not happen by accident. It happened because the people assembling it understood the platform at a level that only comes from years of building, breaking, and rebuilding the VR38DETT under real competition conditions.

Every engine that leaves this workshop is blueprinted. Clearances are measured and set to specification. Tolerances are verified, not assumed. Whether the build is a street car returning to daily use or a competition engine destined for Sweihan, the assembly process does not change. The specification is the standard, and the standard does not move.

A dedicated electrical department operates within the workshop, handling the wiring demands that serious builds require: custom harnesses, standalone ECU integration, fuel system architecture, ignition infrastructure, and safety systems. At 1,500 horsepower and beyond, the quality of the electrical work determines whether the engineering underneath it performs or fails.

GR6 Transmission Building

The GR6 gearbox is one of the most sophisticated dual-clutch transmission systems ever fitted to a production performance car. It is also one of the most stress-tested components in our race program. A dedicated room within the facility is set aside solely for GR6 transmission building and inspection — every unit assembled with the same blueprinting discipline applied to the engines built alongside it.

The Subzero Motorsport facility is not an extension of a passion project. It is a professionally designed, purpose-built operation. At 20,000 square feet, it houses all four departments under a single structure in Dubai, eliminating the fragmentation that defines most performance shops in the region.

Over 60 trained professionals work across the machine shop, workshop floor, fabrication bay, electrical department, dyno suite, parts warehouse, and customer operations. The majority have worked directly on our race program. They understand the cars not from a manual, but from the results sheet.

The facility is organized to handle concurrent projects at volume: multiple race builds, customer service work, machine shop orders, and ecommerce fulfillment, without one disrupting another.

A tune is a commitment. It is the final signature on a build, the calibration that determines whether months of engineering deliver at the moment that matters. At Subzero, every car leaving under the Tuned by MRJ designation has been validated on our ProHub Mainline dyno against real power, real boost curves, and real-world operating conditions.

We tune both stock ECU cars via ECUTEK and full stand-alone MaxxECU installations. The platform determines the approach. The standard does not change.

There is no comparable specialist operation for the GT-R R35 in the GCC. We are the point of reference: for customers, brands, and event organisers. That position was earned through results, not marketing.
